One Stop Pool Shops, Inc. wants your shopping experience on our Website to be one you will return to often and talk very positively about. Therefore we prove you information about policies and procedures for product returns, cancellations, and refunds to avoid misunderstandings. All product returns must have an authorized RA (Return Authorization) number. Products returned without an RA number will be refused and "Buyer" will be responsible for any applicable shipping and related charges.
Refunds are allowed on most merchandise returned unused, unboxed and uninstalled, subject to the policy set forth in the "Merchandise Returns" section. We sell only newly manufactured major brand name items with the usual full manufacturer's warranty and/or guarantee on each of their products. Manufacturers will honor their warranties and guarantees, provided you follow their procedure for repairing, installing or returning their product.
Because we do not know your pool andor spa system with absolute certainty, when ordering, you are responsible for supplying all of the relevant and accurate details and specifications of the items you wish to purchase. We always recommend that the "Buyer" contact the manufacturer directly to determine that the product will be suitable in/on their system.
We cannot and will not accept responsibility for merchandise that is not compatible with your pool system or does not work as you may have expected. We recommend that you verify what is needed before purchasing. "Buyer" assumes all responsibility, without exception, outside of the manufacturer's stated guarantee, warranty, or return policy. In the majority of cases where a product does not work as desired, statistics have revealed it is not due to a product defect, but rather the wrong product, or a problem with the "Buyer's" pool/spa system.
Manufacturer's Warranty & Guarantees:
All of the merchandise sold by 1stoppoolstore.com carries with it the full manufacturer's warranty. If you feel an item received is defective, contact the manufacturer service center nearest you or as noted in the warranty information sheets that come with your product. If we can be of assistance, please contact us by email. 1stoppoolstore.com does NOT express or imply any form or type of warranty. As stated previously, 1stoppoolstore.com disclaims any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use any product.
Sales Taxes:
There is no Sales Tax required for any orders shipped outside the state of Texas. Texas residents pay 8.25%.
